摘要
研究了Y对定向和非定向铸造Ni3Al基合金Ni-9.0Al-8.0Cr-1.7Zr-0.06B(wt%)不同温度下瞬时拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,Y能提高定向凝固合金的韧性,降低合金的屈服强度;而对非定向凝固合金,Y全面恶化合金的力学性能,即使0.03%Y的加入量,其危害性也是非常明显的。
The investigations have been carried out into the effect of Y on the instantaneous tensile strength of directionally and undirectionally solidified cast Ni 3Al based alloy Ni 9 0Al 8 0Cr 1 7Zr 0 06B wt.% from room temperature up to 750℃.The results showed that Y increased the ductility,but reduced the yield strength of the directionally solidified cast Ni 3Al based alloy,while Y is harmful to the strength and ductility of undirectionally solidified cast Ni 3Al based alloy,even adding small amounts up to 0 03%Y.
