Treatment of bladder neck contracture after transurethral resection of prostate

目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切(TURP)术后膀胱颈部挛缩(BNC)的有效治疗方法。方法对75例TURP术后的BNC,采用经尿道膀胱颈部瘢痕切除加颈部切开(BNI),观察疗效。结果术后平均随访25个月,72例(96%)1次治愈,1例再手术后治愈,2例前尿道狭窄经尿扩后治愈。结论TUR+BNI是治疗TURP术后BNC的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the efficient treatment for bladder neck contracture after transurethral resection of prostate. Methods Among more than 4,500 patients underwent TURP at our department, 75 patients had bladder neck contracture. Combined transurethral resection of bladder neck scar tissue and bladder neck incision were performed. Results All the patients had regular follow-ups up to 25 months. 72 of them were cured after the operation, 1 patient need to have a second transurethral operation. Another 2 patients having anterior urethral stricture were cured after further regular urethral dilatation treatment. Conclusion Combined transurethral resection of bladder neck scar tissue and bladder neck incision was efficient treatment for bladder neck contracture after transurethral resection of prostate.
