绿色产品加权MET矩阵的评估方法研究

The Research of Green Products Assessment Method Based on Weighing MET Matrix

采用鱼骨图从成本、环境、回收、技术4个方面建立了消费类产品的CERT绿色评估指标体系,提出了评估标准限值的制定方法,并针对消费类产品的特点,采用简化生命周期评估方法——加权MET矩阵(Materials,Energy,Toxic emissions Matrix)对产品进行绿色评估。最后以手机为实例进行分析,结果表明采用加权MET矩阼对消费类产品进行绿色评估具有重要的指导意义。

The paper uses fishbone diagram to build the CERT system of green assessment from Cost （ C）, Environment （E）, Recycle （R） and Technique （T） , and presents the methods of formulating the limitvalue of evaluation standards. According to characteristics of consumer products, Streamlining Life Cycle Assessment method-weighing MET（ Materials ,Energy ,Toxic emissions） Matrix is used to assess the green Properties of consumer products. The result proves the feasibility of using the propered Matrix through analyzing mobile telephone.
