摘要
建立了带约束条件的圆锥滚子轴承优化设计数学模型,针对标准SA算法收敛速度缓慢的弱点,通过对标准模拟退火算法的内外循环中加入记忆器来改进算法。应用改进的模拟退火算法对圆锥滚子轴承进行优化设计。通过和标准的模拟退火算法比较,改进的模拟退火算法全局寻优能力比标准算法有了显著提高,能得到满意的优化结果。优化结果对轴承设计具有参考意义。
The optimal design model of taper roller bearing with constraint is presented in this paper. The measure of adding memory function in inner loops and outer loops is taken to improve the convergence of standard SA algorithm. The simulated annealing algorithm developed is applied for optimal design of taper roller bearing. The comparison of simulation between improved simulated annealing algorithm and standard simulated algorithm show that the measure of improved simulated annealing algorithm has strong ability of overall search and the improved algorithm may give better optimization results of taper roller bearing. The optimal results can be served as reference to engineering design.
