锯齿形螺纹的通用宏程序设计及加工精度分析 被引量:6

摘要 锯齿形螺纹牙型特殊,牙深度和宽度都比普通螺纹大很多,且两边牙形角不等,生产中通常采用成型刀具加工。通过对锯齿形螺纹外螺纹牙型、公差的分析,采用增量逼近包络线成形的工艺方法,设计了一个加工锯齿形螺纹外螺纹的通用宏程序,用户利用普通车刀,通过改变螺纹参数的变量值,可以加工不同直径和螺距的锯齿形螺纹外螺纹,并分析了螺纹加工的加工精度和工艺问题。 Form cutter is used for machining serrated thread in factory, because its tooth shape is special, its depth and width is much bigger than general thread, its working angle and non-working angle is unequal. By analysis of the tooth shape and the dimensional tolerance of external serrated thread, this paper designs a universal macro program for machining serrated thread based on the method of incrementally approaching to the envelope curves, also machining precision and some technique problems were analyzed. Using the universal macro program, by modifying the values of thread parameters with, user can machine a series of external serrated thread with different diameter and pitch of screws by using common cutter.
