摘要
介绍了激光矢量分步对角线法,它是一种使用激光多普勒位移测最仪,结合矢量运算和体对角线多步测量机床误差的新方法,可以快速、准确检测出机床的空间几何精度,包括3个定位误差、6个直线度误差和3个垂再度误差。并分析了激光矢量法的辨识精度,提出了一种补充方案,该方案能在安装误差存在的情况下准确快速地辨识出体积误差,通过实验验证了该方案的可靠性和有效性。
The laser vector step-diagonal measurement is a new error measurement method which takes a diagonal as a sequence of single-axis motions and combines the vector calculation. It enables the identification of all the volumetric error components including linear errors, straightness error and squareness errors. In this paper, the accuracy of measurement is analyzed and a new sapplementary scheme is proposed to accurately identify volumetric errors even under the existence of setup errors. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is verified experimentally by an example applied to a bigh-precision machine tool.
