摘要
分析了汽车驱动桥主减速器常用的两种主齿总成结构特点,给出了Ⅰ型主齿总成两种测量方法的测量原理和测量过程,分析和试验结果表明,测量方法2具有更好的经济性和准确性。分析了影响两种测量方法测量准确度的共同因素,并在测量方法2的基础上设计了完成Ⅱ型主齿总成测量选垫的机构,实现了两种常见主齿总成的测量选垫。
Tow measurins methods and processes of type Ⅰ main taper gear are given ,which is based on the analysis of the main reducer of the automobile' s rear axle. The analysis and experiment indicated that the second method is more economical and precise. The paper analyses the common factors influencing the two measuring methods. And a measuring mechanism of Type Ⅱ main taper is designed ,which is based on the second measuring method. Finally,the second measuring method is used for both measuring the two types of main taper gear and choosing adaptive gasket.
