我国外汇贷款迅速增长问题研究

Research of China foreign exchange loaning's fast growth

近期受美元利率下降、人民币升值预期以及从紧货币政策影响,我国外汇贷款迅速增长。本文分析了外汇贷款迅速增长的原因及隐藏的风险,并提出规避存弱贷强引发的流动性风险及汇率风险;上调外汇存款准备金率,增强政府宏观调控效力;加强外汇贷款管理,提高外汇贷款回收率三点防范措施。

Influenced by the drop of US dollar interest rate, RMB appreciation expectation as well as tight monetary policy, the domestic foreign exchange loan of China has rapidly increasing recently. The paper analyzes reason of the rapid increase of foreign exchange loan and the possible risk, and then puts forward three precaution measures： Avoiding liquidity risk and exchange rate risk caused by weak deposit and strong loan, increasing deposit reserve ratio of foreign exchange and intensifying effectiveness of government macro adjustment and control, and strengthening foreign exchange loan management and increasing recovery rate of foreign exchange loan.
