摘要
随着我国股市的发展,上市公司股票价值的评估成为了人们关注的热点。一般而言,不同的行业需要运用不同的估值方法,本文首先通过对股票价值的构成进行了分析,然后以双鹭药业股票为例,运用两阶段FCFE模型对其股票(002038)进行了合理的估值,得出该股票的真正价值,为投资者提供一定的借鉴和参考依据。
With the development of Stock market in our country, the evaluation of listed stock has also become the focus which the people pay attention. Generally speaking, the different profession needs to utilize the different estimate value method. This article first makes the analysis to the stock value＇s constitution, and then takes the SL pharmaceutical industry stock as the example, makes a reasonable estimate value to its stock using two stage FCFE model , and obtains the intrinsic value of this stock ,provides certain model and the reference for the investor
