摘要
十三年磨一剑的《反垄断法》终获通过,该法明确规定保护关系国民经济命脉和国家安全的行业以及依法实行专营专卖的行业的合法经营活动。对法律的解读因人而异,但房地产行业的公平竞争之路究竟在何方。本文拟对中国房地产业链条的各大环节逐个分析,透视垄断的危害及《反垄断法》的现实意义。
＂Chinese Antimonopoly Law＂ has finally been adopted which definitely provides to protect the rightful management of those most crucial industries and the special industries. The author reviews evidence of the courses of the real estate industry. The paper outlines some of the basic methods and discusses its implications for understanding the ＂Antimonopoly Law＂.
