摘要
目前的物业管理纠纷中,50%以上是由于服务收费所引发的。主要表现为业主在特定价格水平下对服务质量的不满。本文结合物业管理中出现的若干问题,探讨改进物业管理收费的具体措施,以期对物业管理企业有所借鉴。
