社区服务公共产品供给方式改革

Social service public product supply mode reform

在我国社区服务经历了计划经济和由计划经济向市场经济过渡时期这样两个阶段。由于经济体制的不同,社区服务公共产品供给方式也体现了不同的体制特征。随着我国经济体制改革的深入进行,社区服务逐渐走出了政府包办式的服务模式,向着社会化、产业化方向发展,但在体制转型中仍然存在一些问题。由此本文提出社区服务公共产品供给方式改革的措施,以供参考。

Community service experience the planned economy and the planned economy period of transition to market-oriented economy in China. As the different of economic system, the Supply of Public Goods in Community Service also reflects the different characteristics of the system. Along with the deepening of China＇s economic system reform,community services grad ually forced out of the government-service model, toward development of Socialization and industrialization, but there are still some problems in the process of institutional transformation. This paper presents reform measures about the supply of public goods, for reference.
