摘要
本文从"战略型人力资源管理"的内涵出发,通过各种管理模式的全面对比分析找出该模式的基本特征,并以此为基础提出了向"战略型人力资源管理"转变的"4S实施模型",即领导认同(Supervisor)、结构重组(Structure)、方式调整(Style)和技能支持(Skill)。最后,结合国内的实际情况,对我国企事业如何应用"战略型人力资源管理"提出了一些可行性建议。
The essay will first introduce the definition of S-HRM and then find out some of its characteristics by comparing it with the other two traditional managing patterns. On the base of that, the essay will put forward the "4S Executing Model" –Supervisor, Structure, Style and Skill - as an innovative way for corporations to transfer from HRM to S-HRM. In the last part, the essay will discuss the current situation of HRM in domestic corporations and give some pieces of advice on how to realize S-HRM in China.
