摘要
不论是从世界民主政治发展的趋势来看,还是通过对西藏民主改革前后社会发展状况的比较来看,政教合一都是一种落后的政治体制。达赖集团统治西藏时实行的正是这种极其落后和残忍的制度,而藏独的本质也正是要恢复政教合一体制。这违背了历史发展的规律。
From both perspectives of the trend of world democratic politics development and the compar- isons of Tibetan social development before and after its democratic reform, theocracy is really a backward political regime.The extremely backward and cruel political regime was implemented during Dalai Clique's rule in Tibet.Therefore, the nature of'Tibetan Independence'is to restore the theocracy and it violates the rules of historical development.
