摘要
国际竞争政策的协调与统一,是各国政府和WTO等国际组织关注的重要议题。OCED、WTO、ICN等组织都尝试着进行国际竞争政策的协调。然而,竞争政策在WTO中尚未形成完整的规则体系。竞争政策的国际协调工作任重而道远。在现有的经济区域划分的基础上,应首先实现各经济区域之间竞争政策的协调,再以此为基点,实现竞争政策的国际协调。
It is a very important issue for WTO and many countries to coordinate and unify the different competition policies all around the world. Many international organizations, such as OCED, WTO and ICN, have tried a lot for this goal. However, competition policy has not yet formed a complete system of rules under the WTO framework and thus, has a long way to go for its unification. On the ground of the present economic regions, we may realize the coordination and unification of competition policy regionally and then globally.
