摘要
人民监督员制度是检察机关的接受外部监督的重要举措。为进一步完善人民监督员制度,应对该制度实效性的制约因素进行系统分析。强化人民监督员制度的实效性可考虑从完善任职条件、规范监督程序、加强监督意见的效力以及借鉴域外司法制度等方面入手。
The people＇s supervisory system is a judicial reform of the procuratorial organs in China. In the experience over the past four more years, the actual effect of the people＇s supervisory system has been evident. It is suggested that, in order to further improve the people＇s supervisory system, a systematic analysis of the restraining factors of this system should be performed. The actual effect of this system can be consolidated by modifying the terms of employment, standardizing the procedure of supervision, learning from foreign judicial systems and strengthening the force of supervisory views
