摘要
阐述断面＜１ｍｍ２的贵金属微异型复合材料的特点功能及用途，并介绍昆明贵金属研究所用室温固相复合和滚焊复合法制作的Ａｕ／Ｃｕ、Ａｕ／Ａｇ－５０Ｐｄ、Ａｇ／Ｎｉ等微异型复合丝的性能和试验结果。
The present paper systemtically summarized the special properties, function and uses of the special miniature precious metals composite wire materials with sectional area is less than one millimeter square.The properties and test results of the special miniature composite wires of Au/Cu, Au/Ag-50Pd,Au/Ag-40Pd,Au/Ag-40Pd/QSn,Au/Ag-30Pd,Au/AgRxM,Au/AgCe,Ag/QSn,Ag/Ni,Pd/QSn/Ni manufactured by room ternperature solid state composite method or rolling welding composite method.
