Improvement on the Synthesis of Palladium Acetate and Its Characterization

摘要 用一种新的合成方法,将钯进行预处理,使其表面活性增大。然后溶入冰醋酸中,得到浅棕色结晶〔Pd(Ac)2〕3,回收率接近100%,用元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、DTA-TG等对产品进行了表征,结果与文献报道一致。工艺操作简单,回收率稳定,未发现粉红色多聚物,可批量生产。 A new improved method was developed to prepare palladium acetate. The method involves the activation of the surface of palladium by pretreatment and then the dissolution with glacial acetic acid. Pd(Ac) 2 3 obtained is a pale brown crystal. The yield was nearly 100%. The product was characterized by IR, UV, DTA-TG and element analysis. The results agree with those reported in the literatures. The process is simple and can be used for commercial production of palladium acetate with higher yield. No pale red poly palladium was observed during the process.
