摘要
基于Logix齿轮的形成原理以及齿轮啮合原理,建立Logix齿轮齿廓曲线的参数化数学模型。而后在Matlab编程环境下进行曲线模型的处理,生成符合Pro/E格式的.ibl文件,进一步导入Pro/E环境从而实现Logix齿轮的三维参数化建模。
Teeth profile parameterized mathematical model of Logix gear is set up based on the forming theory of Logix gear and the meshing theory of gear. Then the file of ibl is created by handling the curve model with the programming function of Matlab. Finally 3D parameterized modeling of Logix gear is realized.
