摘要 针对进口的已磨损履带用驱动轮齿形的测绘设计,作者提出用非力参数的直线齿形代替凹齿形及直线齿形,以凹齿形的公式及参数作为基础,推导出非力参数直线齿形的设计方法.用此方法设计出许多驱动轮,在应用中替代了进口产品.该简单齿形给测绘、设计、制造和检验带来便利. Aiming at the plotting design for the tooth shape of the imported wornout driving wheels used in crawlers, the writer has proposed to replace the concave-shapetooth shape and linear tooth shape by the linear tooth shape with non-force parameters. Ta king the formula and parameters for the concave tooth shape as basis, the writer has derived a design method for the linear tooth shape with non-force parameters. Many driving wheels have been designed using this method, and they have replaced the imported products in application. This simple tooth shape has brought convenience for plotting, designing, manufactu ring and inspection.
