我国制造业领域职业教育可持续发展制约因素分析

Analysis on Factors Restricting Sustainable Development of Vocational Education of Manufacturing Field in China

近年来，我国制造业领域职业教育取得了长足的发展，极大地满足了制造业对技能型人力资本的需求，但发展中也存在一些制约其持续、健康发展的不利因素，集中表现在：政府投资和办学经费不足，实训实习条件不完善，校企合作有待加强，学校和生源、培养目标与企业需求、规模与质量之间不协调，教学改革滞后，师资数量少素质差，培训体系不健全等问题。

In recent years, vocational education of manufacturing field in China has achieved huge development, which has met the demand for skilled human capital of manufacturing field in large degree, but it also confronted with some problems in development including the following： governmental investment and school-running capital are shortage, practical training conditions aren＇t perfect, cooperation between school and enterprise should be strengthened, the relationship between school and student origin, cultivation objectives and enterprise＇ demand and scale and quality isn＇t harmonious, teaching reform is lagging behind, the quantity of teaching staff is short and quality is bad, training system isn＇t optimistic.
