摘要
高职院校教师创新能力的“四维度”,即内驱力、智力、人格、实践能力。其中,实践能力是形成教师创新能力的重要因素。为此应积极开展社会实践、推进产学研一体化,并通过优化外部条件与健全管理机制来提高高职教师创新能力。
The four dimensions of teachers" innovative abilities in higher vocational schools are interior driving force, intellectuality, personality and practice abilities. Practical abilities are important factors for forming teachers" innovative abilities. Therefore, higher vocational schools should develop social practice positively, boost the integration of production, teaching with research, and try to enhance the innovative abilities of higher vocational school teachers through optimizing outer conditions and management mechanism.
