基于非线性观测器的液压伺服系统故障诊断方法研究 被引量:7

摘要 利用非线性观测器对液压伺服系统失压故障进行诊断。建立系统的非线性观测器模型,利用观测器仿真计算系统输出,并与系统实际输出相比较产生残差矢量,运用置信极限法对残差矢量进行决策分析,模拟失压故障对方法进行验证。 Decreased pressure fault of hydraulic servo system was diagnosed based on nonlinear observer.The nonlinear observer model was presented and the outputs were simulated.Residual error,which was generated by comparing model outputs with system outputs,was evaluated based on thresholds using interval models.The performance of the proposed fault diagnosis scheme was demonstrated in detecting decreased pressure.
