摘要
利用ABAQUS建立了包括床身、直线电机、导轨副、移动平台的有限元模型,使用显式积分方法求解得到模型在启动冲击作用下的的动力学特性,并检验了导轨副的定位精度、平行度等指标,结果表明,导轨副在运动方向上的极低阻尼特性在系统启动时引入了显著的平行度误差。
The instantaneous start process of key moving part in a linear motor driven NC was analyzed using the explicit integration method in ABAQUS.The finite element model included the body of machining center,linear motor,linear rolling guide and the moving platform.The results including the positioning accuracy and parallelism indicate that remarkable parallelism errors are brought in during the momentary start process because of the infinitesimal damping at the moving direction.
