摘要
采用访谈法和调查问卷法,以河北省高校中层干部为研究对象,对高校中层领导干部培训的内容、形式及手段,培训机构及培训讲师,培训效果及考核方式等各环节进行了调研,分析了当前高校干部培训工作的现状、问题及需求等,提出对高校干训工作的理念、内容、形式与手段进行全面创新,实现向基于胜任力的培训体系与方法的转变。
By means of interview and questionnaire, this article takes the middle-level management of universities in Hebei Province as research subjects, and mainly analyzes those training links, including content, form and method, organization, lecturer, effect, and evaluation form. Meanwhile, it analyzes the status quo,problem,and demand regarding this training program. Based on the analysis,it proposes that an all-round innovation must be made on training concept, content, form and method so as to realize the transfer to competence-based training system and method.
