我国新建地方本科院校建设任务重,文化内涵不深,同质化现象严重,竞争激烈。新建本科院校只有着力建设校园精神文化、学科文化、制度文化和环境文化,用文化将院校各个系统机制有机融合,才能提升新建本科院校的核心竞争力,从而优化高等教育系统,促进新建本科院校的科学发展。

Newly-buih local Colleges have heavy task of development in China, have serious homogeneity phenomenon, and face fierce competition. Newly-built local Colleges only focus on building the campus spiritual culture, academic culture, institutions culture and environmental culture, and integrating various systematical mechanisms of the colleges with culture, in order to enhance the core competitiveness and thereby optimize the higher education system to maintain the newly-buih local colleges sustainable development.
