摘要 应用液相色谱法测定42%氰津·乙草胺悬浮剂有效成分质量分数的测定方法。此方法采用乙睛和水为流动相,使用C18柱、紫外检测器的高效液相色谱,标准偏差分别为氰草津0.021,乙草胺0.028;变异系数分别氰草津0.10%,乙草胺0.12%。经验证其添加回收率分别为氰草津99.93%,乙草胺99.88%;线性相关系数分别为0.9991、0.9997。 An analytical method for the determnation of cyanazine and acetochlor in a combined fromulation of 42% SC by HPLC was introduced in this paper. C18 column, mobile phase of acetonitrile+water=70+30 (v/v) and UV detector were used for the analysis. The results showed that the standard deviation of cyanazine and acetochlor were 0.021 and 0.028, the coefficients of variation were 0.10% and 0.12%, the everage recoveries were 99.93% and 99.88%, and the linear correlations were 0.9991 and 0.9997, respectively.
