工作沉迷现象研究 被引量:4

摘要 工作沉迷现象越来越受到社会各界的关注,但大多数是定性描述,对工作沉迷的科学理解还比较有限。组织中的工作沉迷行为大致分为强迫一依赖型、完美主义型和成就导向型三类。本文对工作沉迷的内涵、形成原因、类型及后果等做了分析,并提出了相应的管理建议。
