摘要
合成了氮杂大环化合物Ⅰ-Ⅳ,并通过1HNMR、MS和元素分析表征了它们的结构.对其中间体(7)的合成方法进行了改进,使收率得到大幅度提高.探讨了在不同温度下的成环反应,结果表明,室温有利于成环和提高反应收率.
Four novel azacrown compounds 12-15 were synthesized and characterized by lH NMR, MS and elementary analysis. The synthetic method of the intermediate (7) wasstudied and improved with a significant increase of the yield. The temperature conditions ofthe cyclic reaction were investigated and the lower temperature was found to be preferable.
