中国财政教育投资规模对经济增长的影响及国际对比分析

The Effect of Changes of the Scale of Fiscal Expenditure on China’s Education Allocation on Economic Growth and International Comparison

本文运用计量经济学方法对我国财政教育支出配置规模的变化如何影响经济增长这一问题进行了定量分析,从中看出教育投入对国民经济增长有重要影响。基于国际数据的面板定量分析,对总量指标建立的国际比较面板数据模型表明,在经济起飞阶段,中、韩、新三国和中国台湾地区的财政教育支出对GDP均有显著的促进作用。对增长率指标建立的国际比较面板数据模型表明,财政教育支出对中国和中国台湾地区的经济增长作用比较显著,对韩国和新加坡均不显著。

This paper analyzes the effect of changes of the scale of fiscal expenditure on China＇s education allocation on economic growth. The results indicate that fiscal expenditure on education has made a great contribution to economic growth. Based on international data, this paper analyzes the effect of fiscal expenditure on education on economic growth by panel model. Based on total amount index, the research reveals that the effect on China and Taiwan is positive, while the effect on Korea and Singapore.
