摘要
目的:研究滇桑茎皮中的抗氧化活性成分。方法:应用色谱技术分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从95%乙醇提取物中分离得到8个酚类化合物,分别鉴定为:mulberrofuran E(1),mulberrofuran K(2),albanol B(3),kuwanon H(4),resveratrol(5),moracin M(6),morachalcone A(7),3′,5′,2,4-tetra- hydroxy-4-(3-methyl-1-butenyl)stilbene(8)。结论:化合物1~8都为首次从该种植物中分离得到。抗氧化筛选结果表明,化合物2,3,6,8显示出较好的抗氧化活性。
Objective: To study anti-oxidant phenolic compounds from stem barks of Morus yunanensis. Method: Isolation and purification were carried out by silica gel, Sephadex LH - 20 and RP - 18 column chromatography. The chemical structures of constituents were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data. Result: Eight phenolic compounds were isolated and identified as: mulberrofuran E (1), mulberrofuran K (2), albanol B (3), kuwanon H (4), resveratrol (5), moracin M (6), morachalcone A (7), 3', 5', 2, 4-tetrahydroxy-4- (3-methyl-l-butenyl) stilbene (8). Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time, and compounds 2, 3, 6, 8 showed potent anti-oxidation activities.
