益气健心汤治疗围生期心肌病35例临床观察

Yiqi Jianxin Decoction for Peripartum Cardiomyopathy:A Clinical Observation on 35 Cases

目的观察自拟中药方益气健心汤治疗围生期心肌病的临床疗效。方法70例围生期心肌病患者随机分为两组,每组35例,对照组进行西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服益气健心汤。观察治疗前后临床症状、体征和心功能改善情况。结果治疗组在改善患者胸闷、心悸、气促、疲乏、心律失常等临床症状和体征方面明显优于对照组(P<0.01);心输出量(CO)、每搏输出量(SV)、心脏指数(CI)、左室射血分数(EF)、心功能分级等心功能指标的改善也优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为94.29%,对照组为77.14%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论益气健心汤治疗围生期心肌病疗效优于西医常规治疗。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Jianxin Decoction（decoction for reinforcing qi to promote functions of heart） on patients with peripartum cardiomyopathy（PPCM）.Methods Seventy patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,35 in each.The control group was administered standard western medical therapy,and the treated group was administered both Yiqi Jianxin Decoction and western medicine.Symptoms,signs and heart function before and after treatment were observed for comparison.Results In the treated group,the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs,such as chest distress,palpitation,asthmatic breathing,fatigue and arrhythmia,and parameters of heart function about cardiac output（CO）,stroke volume（SV）,cardiac index（CI）,left ventricular eject fraction（EF） and gradation of heart function was significantly superior to that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in the treated group and control group was 94.29% and 77.14% respectively with a significant difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The effect of Yiqi Jianxin Decoction on PPCM is suppurior to that of routine western medical therapy.
