丹芍颗粒Ⅱ号治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎30例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis Treated with Danshao Granule Ⅱ

目的观察丹芍颗粒Ⅱ号治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎的临床疗效。方法将55例过敏性紫癜性肾炎患儿随机分为两组。治疗组30例,给予丹芍颗粒号和雷公藤治疗;对照组25例,给予强的松和雷公藤治疗,疗程均为2个月,观察两组患儿治疗前后24小时尿蛋白、尿红细胞、尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖酐酶(NAG)及T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果治疗组完全缓解率46.7%,对照组完全缓解率28.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在降低血尿、蛋白尿和尿NAG酶方面优于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组治疗前后CD3+和CD8+差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而两组治疗后CD19+显著降低,CD4+、CD16/56+显著升高(均P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹芍颗粒Ⅱ号治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎有较好临床疗效。

Objective To observe the effect of Danshao Granule Ⅱ on children Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis（HSPN）.Methods The 55 children with HSPN were divided into treatment group（30 cases） treated with Danshao Granule Ⅱ and Wilfordii Multiglycoside Tablet,and control group（25 cases） treated with prednisone and Wilfordii Multiglycoside Tablet.The changes of both groups in urinary protein,red blood cell,N-acetyl-β-glucosaminidase（NAG） and T cell subsets were observed after 2-month treatment.Results The complete remission（CR） rate of the treatment group was 46.7%,while that of the control group was 28.0%,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.After 2-month treatment,the treatment group was more remarkably improved than the control group（both P〈0.05） in urinary protein,RBC and NAG.CD19^＋ of both groups was remarkably decreased,while CD4^＋ and CD16/56^＋ remarkably increased（both P〈0.05）,the treatment group being better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Danshao Granule Ⅱ has a good therapeutic effect on HSPN children.
