摘要
首次对鬼臼毒素及其衍生物的光敏性进行了详细地研究。用激光光解技术研究表明,鬼臼毒素及其衍生物具有强的光敏性考察了其产生原因,测定了光电离后鬼臼毒素阳离子自由基电离成中性自由基的pKa值。求出了各瞬态粒子的摩尔消光系数,以及光电离的产率,并对他们的反应机理进行了推测和证明。
Podophyllotoxin and its derivatives are very light (UV) sensitive, and can be readily photo-ionized to produce some transient species. The laser flash photolysis of podophyllotoxin and its derivatives has been performed for the first time. The mechanism of photo-ionization has been confirmed and illustrated. In addition, the pKa and the molar extinction coffients of the transientn species have been determined.
