A comprehensive survey of three CODATA meetings——modifications of the fundamental physical constants

摘要 评述了最近三届基本物理常数CODATA(1998,2002,2006)推荐值,阐述了各阶段所依据的主要实验及理论上的新进展,介绍了三个实验新技术对物理常数发展的特殊作用. A comprehensive survey of the 1998, 2002 and 2006 meetings of the International Science and Technology Data Committee (CODATA) and their modifications of the fundamental physical constants is presented. The values and corresponding uncertainties of the constants are compared. The main experimental and theoretical advances during each period, especially the effects of three new experimental techniques, are reviewed.
