摘要
采用一体化膜生物反应器(IMBR)处理沌口经济开发区的生活污水,考察了在四种不同的工况下生物单元对各污染指标的去除效果,并确定了最优工况:曝气2h—搅拌2h。在此基础上重点分析了IMBR系统强化脱氮除磷的效果。结果表明,在最优工况条件下,IMBR对主要污染物的去除效果较好,出水COD、TN、NH4+-N、TP基本上达到了GB 18918—2002标准的一级A标准;膜对出水水质的稳定起到了重要的保证作用,特别是在温度较低时,膜的强化作用更加明显。
The integrated membrane bioreactor (IMBR) was used to treat the domestic sewage from the Zhuankou Economic Development Area. The pollutants removal efficiency under four working conditions was investigated, and the optimal working condition with aeration of 2 h and mixing of 2 h was determined. Based on this, the efficiency of enhanced nitrogen and phosphorus removal in the IMBR system was analyzed emphatically. The results show that the COD, TN, NH4^+ - N and TP concentrations in the effluent of the IMBR system meet the class I -A criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002). The membrane modules guarantee the stability of the effluent quality, especially when temperature is low, the enhancement effect of membrane modules is more evident.
