外循环厌氧反应器处理啤酒废水的启动研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了外循环(EC)厌氧反应器处理啤酒废水的启动过程。结果表明:在以颗粒污泥进行接种的情况下,EC反应器可在23d内完成启动,容积负荷可达6.39kgCOD/(m^3·d),对COD的去除率〉85%;出水回流可使反应器内混合液的pH和颗粒污泥分布均匀,有利于产甲烷反应的高效进行,提高了反应器的容积利用率;启动结束后粒径为0.9~2mm的颗粒污泥由接种前的22.28%增加到35.5%,颗粒污泥比产甲烷活性达到接种时的2.38倍;VSS/SS由接种时的0.77增加到0.86。 The start-up process of the external circulation anaerobic reactor for the treatment of brewery wastewater was investigated. The results show that the reactor seeded with granular sludge completes start-up in a 23 d period. The volume loading reaches 6.39 kgCOD/(m^3 · d) and the COD removal rate is more than 85%, The effluent circulation can lead to the adequate distribution of pH and granular sludge, thus favoring the effective methanogenic reaction and improving the volume utilization rate of the reactor. After start-up, the granular sludge with size of 0.9 to 2 mm increases from 22.28% before seeding to 35.5%. The specific methanogenic activity is 2.38 times of that in the seeding period. VSS/SS increases from 0.77 to 0.86.
