摘要
林主税博士是日本著名的真空企业家,长期担任日本真空株式会社(ULVAC)的社长和董事会主席。他于2008年5月14日应邀访问清华大学,以"打造和保持技术型企业竞争力之道——我在ULVAC经营管理的经验"为题做学术报告,总结了创建公司需要的理念、研发战略和社长的心得等。本文由吴英先生根据林主税博士的讲稿和现场记录整理,帖佐薰女士和查良镇教授参加定稿。
Dr. Chikara Hayashi is a famous Japanese entrepreneur in vacuum technology. He has been the president and the chairman of the board of directors of ULVAC, Inc., Japan for long. He was invited by Tsinghua University to present a talk on May, 14, 2008 with the topic “How I tried to build and keep competitiveness of a technology-oriented company： My experience in management of ULVAC”. The idea about establishing the company, R＆D strategy and what he cogitated on his experience in management are all summarized in this talk. This paper was compiled by Mr. Ying Wu, the President of Beijing METRON Instrument Co. LTD, according to Chikara＇s manuscript and record of his talk. The final version was revised by Ms. Kaoru Chousa and Professor Cha.
