摘要
从真空与热处理行业的精确生产及优质高效的整体战略出发,阐述真空冶金用新型温度传感器;探讨真空炉有效加热区测量过程中可能出现的误判以及真空炉用不可拆卸热电偶在检定过程中存在的问题;详细论述了真空炉测温系统用分立元件法检定弊端。倡导采用现场整体校准法以求进一步提高测温精度。
To ensure the high quality and efficiency in vacuum metallurgy and heat treatment, it is necessary to discuss the new temperature sensors for vacuum metallurgy especially the problem of possible misjudgements in the measuring process for vacuum furnace used in calibration process for vacuum furnaces. Moreover, a detailed discussion is made on the flaw due to applying separable components or elements to thermometric systems for vacuum metallurgy plant. It is recommended to appply integrated on-line sensors to calibration in site so as to improve further the thermometric accuracy.
