阐述自主创新研发的CG系列(0.5￣75L/s)油雾过滤器的特性及用途。阐述了特殊的高吸附性能纤维活性炭CF系列吸附阱;CC系列三级旋风式颗粒除尘器。新型的阱已用于低温泵系统、分子泵系统、罗茨泵系统、干泵系统。
Describes the properties and applications of the CG-series oil fog filters （0.5 L/sec-75 L/sec） we developed as one of our self-reliant innovation projects. In addition, the CF-series special adsorption traps made from high-adsorbility activated carbon fibre and the CC-series 3-stage particle collector cyclone are also described. Those new-type traps have been applied to cryopump, molecular and dry vacuum pump systems.
