本文介绍了移相谐振控制器UC3875的电气特性与基本功能,详细分析了以UC3875作为控制核心设计的一台1.2kW、70kHz的移相式ZVZCSPWM软开关直流电源,并运用PSpice进行了仿真,给出了该电源控制电路、主电路基本电路拓扑,列出了相关参数的仿真波形与实验波形。
Describes the electric characteristics and basic function of the phase shift resonant controller UC3875. An 1.2kW phase shift full-bridge ZVZCS PWM DC/DC soft-switching DC power supply at 70kHz with UC3875 as controlling core was designed and built up, which was simulated with PSpice. The topologies of both control and main circuits are presented with the waveforms of relevant parameters from simulation and experiment given.
