摘要
利用表面等离子体共振(surface plasmon resonance,SPR)和交流阻抗技术,研究了表面活性剂和有机小分子对两种固体支撑双层膜的影响。结果表明其破坏磷脂膜的机理不同,且这两种固体支撑双层膜在抗化学破坏能力方面具有细微的差别。
The SPR sensor and impedance were used for investigating the effects of surfactants and small organic molecules on two kinds of solid - supported bilayer membranes. The results showed that the mechanism of destroying lipid membranes was different, and a few distinctions were observed in the resistance to chemicals destruction between the membranes.
