摘要
昆钢嘉华保山4.5MW纯低温余热发电系统以不增加水泥生产系统热耗为前提,以"安全可靠,节能降耗"为原则,其设计特点为:多级U型水封;射水抽汽系统;调节灵活的补水系统;真空除氧。采取措施解决了排汽室温度高、达额定转速后继续升速问题。调试后,该系统一次性考核达标。
The 4.5MW low-temperature waste heat recovery system of Kungang Jiahua Baoshan project, which is in precondition of non-increase of heat consumption in cement production system and in principle of "safety. reliability, energy saving and consumption reducing", takes the design features as: multi-stage U- type hydraulic packing; pumping system, flexible water filling system and vacuum deoxygenation. Measures were adopted to solve the problems like high temperature in exhaust and nonstop speed rising as far as rated rotate speed reached. According to the first testing conclusion, the design aims are achieved completely.
