摘要
国标《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》GB13223－96已经颁布，并于1997年1月1日起实施。在实际电厂设计中对一些燃用劣质燃料如煤泥、煤矸石的流化床锅炉，实施该标准发生一些问题，提出意见供讨论。
The national standard of 'Emission Standards of Environment Pcllutantsfrom Fossil Fuel Fired Power Plant' GB13223-96 was already issued and implemented onJanuary 1, 1997. The author of this paper encountered some problems for implementing thisstandard in actual power plant design work, such as fluidized bed boilers fired with low-grade fuel like slurry and gangue. Suggestions are made here for discussions.
