摘要
采用螺旋翅片管代替光管对锅炉省煤器进行改造的关键是保持适当的烟气侧流动速度，使之在强化传热的同时，减轻传热管的磨损，以减少焊管事故。文中提出了一种“3并2”的管排布置方案，其烟气倒流速最为合理，且具有良好的焊接工艺性。
The key issue in the replacement of bare tubes by spiral finned tubes forbolsr economizer is how to maintain the proper flow rate in the flue gas side so as to enhancebeat transfer, relieve abrasion and minimize tute failure. Tbe paper presents a '3 in 2' tubearrangement scheme, which has the merits of both propcr gas velocity and desirableweldability.
