摘要
建立了原Ⅰ号喷油泵和两种改进泵体的三维有限元力学计算模型,确定出计算中位移的边界条件,并对静态和实际工况下的泵体的应力和变形直行了计算。结果表明,两种改进方案泵体的受力和变形均有所改善。文中还对两种改进方案进行了试验优化处理。
The mechanical models for 3 - D finite element calculation of the original tyoe I injection pump and the two improved pump bodies are established, the displacement boundary condition needed in calculaions and body stress and deformation under static state and actual operation condition are calculated. The results for tha the stress and the defor-mation in two new bodies are improved . The exprimental optimtion are also performed for the two improved bodies.
