摘要 介绍了一种以Intel 80C196KC单片机为控制核心的电力用高频直流控制器。在充分发挥16位单片机性能的前提下,控制器采用12位A/D通道对电力直流系统的电流、电压和温度等模拟量进行采集处理,利用PID调节算法产生调节量,由高速输出口(HSO)产生可变频的脉冲,再由F/V转换电路控制高频整流模块的输出电压、电流,实现闭环控制。该设计为电力系统用直流电源提供了一种可靠、稳定和先进的控制器。 A high frequency continuous current controller for electric power system based on 80C196KC single chip is introduced. On the condition that exerting performance of the 16 bit single chip , the controller adopts the 12 bit channel for conversion of A/D to measure the current , voltage, temperature and so on. It utilizes the algorithm of PID to generate the adjustment value which is converted to the convertible frequency pulse by HSO, high speed output port. The pulse can control the output current and voltage of the high frequency switch power module to implement close control with the aid of F/V conversion circuit . The feature of this design can offer a safe, stable and reliable controller for the electric power continuous current system.
