摘要
作者在文献〔1〕〔2〕中对某电厂600MW机组锅炉水冷壁频繁出现大面积环向裂纹进行了失效分析,并对电化学腐蚀在疲劳裂纹萌生和扩展过程中的作用进行分析。本文在此基础上对环向裂纹形成的原因进行综合分析,并提出了治理措施和建议。
The authors have made a failure analysis of the repeated emergence of large circumferential cracks in the 600 MW boiler water wall of a power station(see paper, in references)and investigated the role of electrochemical corrosion in the formation and propagation of fatigue cracks On the basis of the above a comprehensive analysis is given of the causation of such circumferential fissures with pertinent countermeasures being proposed
