摘要
麦蛾Sitotroga cerealella Olivier是我国重要的储粮害虫。为系统评价转基因抗虫稻谷对麦蛾的影响,采用室内饲养的生物测定方法,在28±1℃、75%±5%RH条件下,对麦蛾在含水量14%~15%的无虫转Bt基因抗虫稻谷KMD1及其对照品种秀水11中的存活率、子代数、稻谷损失率、敏感系数及各发育指标等进行比较。结果表明:转Bt基因抗虫稻谷对麦蛾具有显著抗性,取食转Bt基因抗虫稻谷的麦蛾羽化率仅为对照的13%,且各发育指标均显著降低,转Bt基因抗虫稻谷的损失率仅为对照的12%,Dobie敏感系数显著低于对照,对麦蛾表现为高抗。
Sitotroga cerealella Olivier is an important storage insect pest. Transgenic Bt rice provides a new tool for S. cerealella control. KMD1, a transgenic Bt rice developed by Zhejiang University and expressing Cryl Ab protein, were evaluated for resistance to S. cerealella. Bioassay was carried out in labo- ratory using artificial rearing with insect-free rice grain which was equilibrated to 14% - 15% water content at 75% + 5% RH. Under the conditions of 28 ±1℃ and 75% ± 5% RH, we evaluated transgenic Bt rice resistance to S. cerealella. According to the difference between transgenic Bt rice and it' s control on survival rate, the number of progenies, loss rate, Dobie' s susceptible index, and other development indexes, transgenic Bt rice significantly prevents the development of S. cerealella with survival and loss rates of 13% and 12% , respectively. Dobie' s index was significantly low than control. This indicates that Bt rice grain are significantly resistant to S. cerealella.
