甲酸乙酯对三种主要仓储害虫的熏蒸作用 被引量:7

The response of mixed stage cultures of three most tolerant insect species,Sitophilus oryzae,Tribolium castaneum and Rhyzopertha dominica to ethyl formate

摘要 为明确甲酸乙酯对仓储害虫的实际控制效果,避免二氧化碳对熏蒸作用的影响,该研究利用循环熏蒸系统(FTFS),测定甲酸乙酯对米象、赤拟谷盗、谷蠹三种主要仓储害虫混合虫态的熏蒸作用。结果表明:在25℃、70%RH条件下,甲酸乙酯43.34、80.72、99.08、117.74、146.49mg/L熏蒸处理6h,对赤拟谷盗和谷蠹混合虫态有很好的控制作用,死亡率大于95.96%;甲酸乙酯80.72、99.08、117.74、146.49mg/L处理对米象混合虫态的杀虫效果较好。甲酸乙酯对米象蛹的杀虫效果较差。 In order to keep the ethyl formate (EtF) toxicity results from being enhanced by carbon dioxide ( CO2 ) and obtain more accurate toxicity data of EtF, fumigations were conducted using flow-through fumigation system (FTFS) to investigate the response of mixed stage cultures of the most tolerant insect species, Sitophilus oryzae (L.), Rhyzopertha dominica (F.) and Tribolium castaneum (Herbst) to a range of EtF doses. It was found that high control ( 〉95.96% mortality) of mixed stage cultures of T. castaneum and R. dominica at 25 ℃ and 70% RH for the 6 h exposure to 43.34, 80.72, 99.08, 117.74 and 146.49 mg/L. Good control of mixed stage cultures of S. oryzae was achieved in 6 h exposures at 25 ℃ and 70% RH to 80.72, 99.08, 117.74 and 146.49 mg/L ethyl formate, but poor control of S. oryzae pupae. This study will be of significance for insect pest control due to replicate the response of mixed stage cultures of three most tolerant insect species in practice.
